Jaclyn is a visionary strategist with over a decade of experience empowering leaders across government, technology, finance, social impact, and systems engineering. She positions executives for success by leveraging business model innovation, stakeholder engagement, strategic partnerships, archetypal branding, and data-driven public relations. By uniquely integrating these elements, Jaclyn equips organizations with innovative blueprints to navigate complex challenges, drive success, and enhance ROI through intentional collaboration.
With FINRA Series 7, 63, and 66 certifications, Jaclyn brings expertise in financial services and capital raising. She contributed to the 2019 United Nations Disability Inclusion Strategy, advancing equal human rights and freedoms for persons with disabilities across the organization. In 2020, she served as an Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Builder Representative, strengthening the connection between economic development and entrepreneurship in discussions with Washington D.C. policymakers. She has also served on the Steering Committee for former U.S. Senator Bill Nelson (now NASA Administrator) and is currently a Steering Committee member of AthletesTouch, a private business network for former collegiate and professional athletes

Executive Operations
Rosie began her career in hospitality and real estate in Pittsburgh before relocating to Telluride, Colorado, in 2019. There, she transitioned into HR and Operations at a SaaS startup, where she led a seamless company relocation from California to Colorado, managing the sourcing and onboarding of over 100 candidates. As Head of People, she optimized internal systems to drive the organization's adaptability, productivity, and efficiency.
After moving to Denver in 2022, Rosie shifted to high-level consulting, helping organizations refine operations, enhance culture, and achieve sustainable growth. She specializes in leadership and people management, talent acquisition and retention, executive operations, project management, and process optimization. Her expertise has improved company productivity across insurance, finance, systems engineering, and creative services.
Rosie’s approach is grounded in the belief that curiosity, humility, and diligence are the keys to navigating life’s uncertainties and achieving sustainable success.
